As a mum, I know how hard it can be to get back into shape after having children or to find the motivation and time to train. 
Whatever your circumstances I want to help you on your journey to better health and fitness.

 I have always had a passion for fitness and started training 20 years ago in kickboxing, this ignited the fitness flame in me, and it hasn't stopped since. About 10 years ago I started weight training and loved how it made me feel and how it changed the shape of my body. I took a brief break after the birth of my first child, but within 6 weeks of my second child being born, I was back with a bang!!! I started to focus even more on my weight training and the food I ate, and in 2016 I competed in fitness competitions walking away with some shiny trophies and a huge sense of achievement.

I quickly realised however that this wasn't my dream and the more I saw people struggling with their fitness both in and out of the gym I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer.

I have such a passion for fitness and a drive to motivate people to get their results.

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, and I have studied an additional course in Pre and Post Natal exercise.
